Play winemaker for the day as you learn from the masters how they blend their bottles with City Winery’s Wine Flight experience, at their Cellar Door location on Edward Street. Learn from the pros about the art of wine blending, and the techniques used to perfect flavour and texture.
From the vineyards they buy the grapes from, to the people who own and run them, the staff at City Winery will walk you through the entire process of winemaking.
Take your tastebuds on a first-class experience through the flavours of six Gerler Wines – City Winery’s own brand (the perfect pairing to a cheeseboard), then pick your favourite drops to purchase and take them home to enjoy time and time again.
