A Stone & Wood Tasting Room And Brewery Is Opening In Brisbane

Brewing something big, from Byron to Bris.

By Guest Styler | 20th September 2018

Construction is underway, and the first Stone & Wood brewery in Brisbane is taking shape, set to open in the heart of Fortitude Valley! This boutique brewery is a seamless extension of Stone and Wood’s craft distinctiveness and you can expect to be sipping away in it in early 2019. With a 90-seat venue in the works, 600 litres of beer brewing facilities are on the plan.

With a three-month rotation of brewers, the Byron brewery is constantly running fresh. At the moment, local brewer Dominic Bemet is the current Pilot Batch brewer, choosing to brew his favourite beers and creating his own crafty experiments with the Pilot Batch program. Get ready for Belgian Blonde with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves as well as many other creations! With so much greatness brewing in Byron, we can expect big things to hit the Brisbane outpost.

Brisbane will be brewing a rotating range of beers for their on-site tasting room, just for us! There will also be an event space included, going along with Stone and Wood’s earthy vibes. Stone and Wood is all about education and developing an appreciation for craft beer. So really, going to the brewery is like going to school… Our parents would be SO proud!
