We know there is something special about finding hidden beauty gems, so we curated a list of our favourite under-the-radar brands. Let’s face it, who wants to go mainstream anyway?

Kosas is an L.A based minimalistic cosmetic brand founded by artist and chemist, Sheena Yaitanes. The brand specialises in colour and believes that beauty is more than just appearance. After spending the past 20 years in the industry, makeup artist Gucci Westman decided to curate a selection of her own luxury complexion products. Westman Atelier is the crème-de-la-crème of makeup and will leave your skin looking so naturally flawless and radiant that people will be think you just have great skin.
Kjaer Weis
This luxurious, organic makeup brand was created for beauty lovers who wanted high-quality makeup minus the synthetics and chemicals. Kjaer Weis is known for their creamy formulas and rich pigments that will leave you positively glowing. One of our favourite aspects of this brand is the design of the sleek silver packaging. We feel so luxe pulling a Kjaer compact out of our purses.
Jillian Dempsey
Hollywood makeup artist Jillian Dempsey is famous for her fresh and natural approach to beauty. So, it’s only fitting that she created a selection of her own organic and naturally-derived products. Star products from this brand include the Lid and Cheek Tints that provide an ultra-cool, glossy wash of colour to the skin. And yes, if any of you Grey’s Anatomy fans are wondering, Jillian is the wife of Patrick Dempsey (aka McDreamy). Swoon.
Anya Smells
This candle range consists of six scents that are inspired by the founder, Anya Hindmarch’s happiest memories. Think scents you wouldn’t typically associate traditional candles with: sun lotion, coffee, baby powder, toothpaste and cherries.
