Oh This Is The Night! Celebrate Spring At This One Night Only Italian Feast

If you missed out on a Euro summer this year, don’t despair. For those who couldn’t get the annual leave to jump on a plane in search of pasta and Aperol, Farmhouse Kedron is bringing the molto bene to you with the launch of their new dinner series every season. Prego!

In celebration of their in-house Italian chefs, ‘Una Notte’ is the theme for spring that will combine the best of traditional Italian cuisine with a Farmhouse Kedron twist that’ll put the spritz back into your step more than a 1000- step staircase climb in Positano ever could.

For starters, expect mouth-watering flavours from their truffle burrata dish, which features Forestdale honey, smoked pancetta, shaved asparagus, and basil crumble. But don’t get greedy here – there’s plenty more where that came from!

The mains served in alternate drop will force you to whip out your phones (because Instagram eats first) as grilled local prawns with spaghettini, roasted tomato ‘bisque’ herbs and zest take up real estate on the table, alongside housemade gnocchi, spring peas, pork and fennel salsiccia, pecorino, and basil – bellissima! Question is, will you be asking your S.O to swap dishes?

Though those pants may be unbuttoned, there’s always room for dessert, and good thing, too, as the lavender panna cotta, buttermilk crumble, Persian floss and sugared mint makes for quite the encore. *Chef’s kiss*

Wash it all down with thirst-quenching Nosferatu gin, wine, and beer for just $65 per head, and you’ll truly feel like your Italian cravings have been well and truly satisfied.
