Brooki Bakehouse Is Popping Up On The Gold Coast For One Month Only

When discussing Brooke Saward of Brooki Bakehouse fame’s baked creations, it’s not uncommon to hear words like heavenly, delectable, and life-changing. And no, we’re not being dramatic, they are seriously that good.
Luckily for those of us living in Brisbane, we have access to viral sensation Brooki Bakehouse pretty much whenever those cravings strike (which is a lot, tbh). But for all you Gold Coast folk who’ve been missing out, fear not, because your time has finally come.
The scoop:
For the month of June, QT Gold Coast is teaming up with Brooki Bakehouse to bring Brooke’s delicious treats to Surfer’s Paradise. As part of the five-star hotel’s signature high tea experience, QTea, guests will have the pleasure of trying Brooki Bakehouse’s iconic desserts, including her gooey cookies and irresistible macarons. And let’s not forget about the savoury offerings – QT Executive Chef Greg Benney will be showcasing his delicious culinary creations alongside Brooke’s treats.
QTea High Tea x Brooki Bakehouse will run daily at FIXX Cafe, located within the hotel, from 10am – 3pm and will commence on Sunday, 2 June until the end of the month. Keen to finally see what all the hype’s about? Tickets are $64 per person.

But that’s not all…
As if that wasn’t exciting enough, to kick off the month-long collaboration, Brooke Saward herself will be hosting Q’s and Tea, an exclusive event to celebrate the launch of the partnership. Attendees will have the privilege of being among the first to indulge in the QTea High Tea x Brooki Bakehouse experience, so be sure to come hungry. During the event, guests can expect to hear directly from the baking powerhouse herself, learning about her journey in the industry, gaining insights into the business, and so much more.
This special event will take place on Saturday, 1 June, at the QT Ballroom, with tickets starting at $99 per person. VIP tickets are also available, offering guests a meet-and-greet opportunity with Brooke and some take-home goodies to save for later.
