Trading Hours, Hot Tips And Where To Go For The Boxing Day Sales

It's the (second) most wonderful time of the yearrr

By Georgie Murray | 19th December 2019

Forget the Grand Final, cricket one-dayers and world champs, I’ll happily argue that Boxing Day sales is one of the most competitive days of the year. A day, I personally train for; how quick can I scout what I want, find my size and swipe my card? The limit does not exist and this year I’ll be aiming for a PB. If you’re like me and hold the sales as a sacred tradition, then you’ll need to know the below. In one tidy snapshot, consider this your Boxing Day Bible and thank me later.

  • Car pool! - No one likes carpark rage
  • Bring reusable bags - it's still important to stay eco friendly
  • Earlier the better or late as possible - to beat the crowds
  • Know what you want - and then head straight to it
  • Think ahead - any birthday's or gifts you need to plan for?
