Eat, Drink, And Raise A Glass To Settimo’s Aperitivo Hour

Cin cin!

We’re calling it – when it comes to ‘work hard, play hard’, the Italians do it best.

Picture this: it’s a Thursday afternoon in the city, the streets are buzzing, and the cocktails are pouring. You’re peckish, thirsty and want to escape to the Italian coastline (figuratively, of course). Enter Settimo, the Amalfi-inspired restaurant bringing iconic Italian dishes to the heart of the city.

Shining a spotlight on the art of aperitivo, savour the Italian ritual of socialising over aperitifs and spritzy sips in Settimo’s lemon-yellow and ocean-blue surrounds.

With the afternoon’s bites curated by head chef Alessandro Pizzolato’s daily choice of tasting plates, no matter the menu, each guest can expect produce-driven eats. Think freshly shaved prosciutto and mozzarella in carrozza for starters, as well as a quintessentially Italian cocktail upon entrance to wet your whistle (limoncello spritz, anyone?).

After something more substantial? You’re at the right place. While you’re getting caught up on the latest with your friends, forget that email you need to send tomorrow, and get your hands on the pasta al limone. When zesty lemon meets melted butter and quality cheese, pretty much nothing else in the world matters apart from when you can have your next mouthful. Add gnocchi alla Sorrentina into the mix with tomato and mozzarella di bufala and you’re officially living your best life.

Sounds like you’re sort of afternoon? You can live this Italian dream every Thursday to Saturday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Walk-ins are welcome!
