Inspired by the vibrant spices and 24/7 basking that lines the Mediterranean coast from Beirut to Barcelona, enter the grand entrance of exposed stonework and be swept away to an exotically groovy world.
Boasting blooming wisteria and a grove of olive trees beneath twinkling fairy lights, you’ll find exclusive poolside bungalows, as well as a menu that harks from the Greek Islands to Spain. Piggybacking off the recent success of French brasserie Bisou Bisou, Head Chef Lloyd Evans is delivering the goods in true Mediterranean style with share-plates and rich yet refreshing dishes.
