Try Oyster-Flavoured Ice Cream At This Brisbane Pop Up
Here’s the scoop
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! No, but seriously, you’ll be screaming with the flavours that Apollo Motorhomes and Qantas are serving up this weekend.
This Friday and Saturday, Queen Street will become host to a one-of-a-kind flavour adventure that spotlights some of Australia’s most iconic regional foods, flavours, and suppliers. This wonderfully wacky ice cream pop-up is celebrating the collaboration between Apollo and Qantas Frequent Flyer, which is giving away a million Qantas Points and $20,000 in travel vouchers this March.
Ever craved oyster ice cream? Yeah, me neither, but you can try it this weekend for a next-level, sweet, salty and zesty experience that will take you straight to Tassies Bruny Island. Not your thing? Try the black garlic honey ice cream from the Margaret River, or perhaps the chilli and truffle sorbet from the Great Ocean Road. The flavours on offer will baffle your senses taking you on a tasty trip around our country. Did we mention meat, pretzel and fig ice cream? Now that’s something we’ve got to try.
So, what are you waiting for? Hit the road and cool off this weekend. Explore a taste of Australia’s regions, and inspire your next road trip destination!
