Your drool-worthy choices include honey and coconut chia pudding with house-made granola; coffee and hazelnut hotcakes with praline, caramelised fig, and coffee mascarpone; a classic eggs benedict (with the option of a Moreton Bay bug upgrade); and stracciatella on house-made focaccia with a chilli fried egg, roasted balsamic, and cherry tomatoes. While digging into your chosen dish, you can sip on a boozy breakfast cocktail from the beverage menu such as a spiked iced tea boasting honeycomb flavours, a breakfast martini with an apricot jam twist, a secret bloody mary with tomato juice and a nip of tabasco, or simply a good ol’ mimosa. Mews will also be pouring up artisan coffee and refreshing smoothies to quench your thirst.
