Mark your calendars for a night of whisky sips and Southeast Asian eats by Oracle Boulevard as Nikka Whisky takes over Mamasan Kitchen + Bar for their Whisky Dinner.

On Tuesday March 5, you can enjoy a fusion of speciality curated whisky cocktails and canapés to start, before you’re whisked away into a five-course feast, curated by Chef Jacob Mackenzie and paired perfectly with a Nikka whisky.
The menu of the night features quintessentially Mamasan Kitchen + Bar flavours with dishes such as Wagyu beef tartare with ponzu, bone marrow custard and taro chips, a pork katsu roll with tonkatsu mayo and bulldog barbecue sauce, and hibachi grilled quail with master stock, zuni pickle and koji macadamia cream.
As for drops, guests will sip on ten-year-old single malt whisky, pure malts, and Coffey Grain whisky matured in old casks to enhance the rich maltiness, complexity and silky texture.
