Join Us Sky-High To Celebrate Women In Business This International Women’s Day

Who run the world?

By Carol Zatt | 14th February 2024

We all know that navigating life as a woman presents its challenges, but it’s also an empowering journey filled with strength, resilience, and the opportunity for growth. From motherhood to running our own businesses, we have risen to the task and climbed most ladders out there – and we’re just getting started.

Now, every year, International Women’s Day comes as a reminder for us to stop and celebrate the incredible achievements of our peers, savour our own accomplishments, and leave a legacy that carries on to the next generation – and for this year’s celebration, we have big plans for you!

Lina International Women's Day 2024

For this special occasion, we’ve partnered with Lina Rooftop to transform their landmark venue into a space of empowerment, inspiration, and celebration, dedicated to recognising the achievements and contributions of Australian women in Brisbane and beyond.

On March 7th, you’re invited to join us for a special women’s lunch, including an exquisite 3-course menu accompanied by a selection of drinks, surrounded by beautiful flowers framing the breathtaking city views. You’ll feel like you are at the top of the world, literally!

From 12pm to 3pm, indulge in delicious food while sipping your favourite drink and be inspired and empowered by the narratives of four extraordinary women who are shattering glass ceilings and paving a path of influence in their respective domains.

Moderating the discussion will be the renowned Anna Rawlings, who will be orchestrating conversations with a panel that is nothing short of amazing. From the outstanding story of self-trained artist Nicole Slater, whose equine portraits redefine what we thought we knew about artistic excellence; to the strong message filled with sheer grit from the stunning model, Paris Majeks, who is a brain tumour survivor – be prepared to be moved and motivated in equal measures.

Get creative with the genius behind Lovestar homewares, Helen Bayley, who has curated a brand that boasts esteemed clients like Iris Apfel, the cast of Pretty Little Liars, and Celeste Barber to name a few; and listen to Anna Coronis’ unwavering commitment to philanthropy by establishing a Foundation in collaboration with Mater Hospital to uplift young children and families.

Tickets are limited and start at $150 per person. Book now and let’s raise a toast to all the women making history and paving the path forward.
