Ksubi x Elle Ferguson: A Dream Denim Collab Has Arrived

Denim forever, baby!

When you think of Australian influencers who always nail denim, Elle Ferguson is always top of mind. From her Bondi Beach street style days to her effortlessly cool aesthetic, Elle is the OG style icon who made us all fall in love with denim – especially those raw-cut, perfectly worn-in shorts she made famous back in her “They All Hate Us” days. So, when news dropped that Elle was teaming up with Ksubi, we couldn’t help but breathe a sigh of relief – this was going to be good.

The charm of denim is simple: it’s the one piece that works with anything. Whether you’re throwing it on for a beach day or styling it with pumps and a leather jacket for an effortless ‘model off-duty’ look while out with the girls, denim always delivers. Enter Ksubi x Elle Ferguson – the perfect denim collab you didn’t know you needed.

Ksubi, founded in 1999, has been making waves as a global streetwear powerhouse for years, but this collaboration takes it to a whole new level. With creative director Pip Edwards back at her roots at the iconic Australian brand, we’ve all been patiently waiting to see what tricks she’s had up her sleeve.

Elle’s connection to Ksubi runs deep – she’s been rocking their pieces since the early 2000s, long before the brand became a global streetwear legend. She’d often shop at the Bondi boutique, picking up denim that would go on to define her laidback, coastal cool vibe. Ksubi’s bold, punk-inspired aesthetic always resonated with Elle, and now, she’s bringing that same energy to this collection.

“Denim runs in my DNA. Ksubi to me is the pinnacle of denim and working with the team has been a dream ever since my mum and I cut up my first pair of Ksubi jeans, turning them into shorts over 10 years ago. I’ve been chopping, stitching and customising my denim pieces for years, and now I’ve created my dream denim pieces in the perfect blue wash for everyone to wear.”– Elle says of the collection.

Every piece in the collection feels like a love letter to denim. Designed by Elle herself, it pulls inspiration from Ksubi’s archives while mixing in her signature laidback vibe. The result is timeless denim pieces you’ll want to live in all year round.

What’s in store:

  • Ksuper Jacket – The oversized trucker jacket you’ve been waiting for. Borrowed-from-the-boys cool, reimagined with Elle’s effortless style.
  • Elle Short – A high-waisted, relaxed A-line style that channels Elle’s early KSUBI days. Think frayed hem, exposed pocket bags, and total summer vibes.
  • Icon Jean – Straight-up perfection. Slim-straight, mid-rise, and the ultimate versatile jean for every occasion.
  • Micro Mini Skirt – An ultra-low-rise denim mini that brings back an iconic KSUBI silhouette from the 2000s. Elle’s actually owned one of these, so you know it’s legit.

The collection is packed with custom details that make it feel extra special. Each item comes with a removable keychain – a nod to Elle’s charm-heavy style, perfect for clipping onto your belt loop or adding to your handbag. The keychain features Ksubi’s T-Box branding and a smiley tote charm, a throwback to the iconic bag available exclusively at the Bondi boutique. To top it off, each pair of denim bottoms features a custom “Dreamed Up in Bondi” ribbon tied through the back belt loops – just like Elle’s signature touch.

Founded in Sydney’s northern suburbs with a spiritual home in Bondi, Ksubi has grown into a globally recognised streetwear brand known for its beautifully imperfect denim and unapologetic attitude. The brand has built a loyal following and collaborated with global stars like Travis Scott and Kendall Jenner.

Ksubi CEO Craig King said of the collection: “With Ksubi’s return to Australia, Elle was the perfect Sydney denim muse. Working with Elle feels like home having crossed paths with her at General Pants Co. 15 years ago. Her signature denim aesthetic is timeless and exactly where we wanted to play with this collaboration.”
