Does the idea of indulging in the grandest French cheeses washed down with a glass of ice-cold champagne sound like your idea of culinary heaven? Well, it’s time to pull out the picnic rug and get ready for a day of just that because Portside Wharf is bringing back their annual Cheese and Champagne pop-up event this March!

On Sunday March 31, Portside Wharf will be partnering with The Cheese Pleaser, Gusto da Gianni and Moët & Chandon to bring us a day of absolute decadence. From 12pm to 6pm, you can lounge around by the wharf as you feast on a stunning array of the finest French cheeses, which have been expertly picked out by a real-life cheese expert for just $15 and an insane Four Cheese Pizza from Gusto da Gianni for $20! Entry to this event is free, so we suggest getting there early as this event is going to be on everyone’s radar.

If you aren’t able to make it on the day but want to get in on all the cheesy action, during the week leading up to the event, there will be lots of delicious cheesy offers available from Portside Wharf. Think: a cheesy platter with hot and cold cheesy mezats from Byblos, cheesy naan breads from Aamaya Indian Restaurant and a delicious Gnocchi ai Formaggi con Ciabatta from Belvedere Bar n Grill, plus so much more!

Still want more cheese and champagne action? Well, on Thursday March 28, Sense of Taste will be hosting a Cheese and Bubbles Masterclass! For $60 plus a booking fee, you will be able to have a sneaky indulge in five delicious cheeses alongside three different types of champagne!
