A Two-Weekend-Long Margarita Fiesta Is Taking Over Howard Smith Wharves

Mark your calendars because February 22 is all about celebrating the world’s favourite cocktail, and Howard Smith Wharves is going all out with a two-week-long fiesta – because let’s be real, one weekend just isn’t enough. From 20 February to 2 March, the riverside precinct will be shaking, stirring, and pouring its way through a margarita-filled celebration, in partnership with Patrón Tequila.
Venues across the wharf will be serving up signature twists on the classic marg – whether you like yours sweet, salty, smoky, or spicy, there’s a perfect pour waiting for you. And if you want to dive headfirst into the fiesta, head straight to the Main Lawn, which will be transformed into the Patrón Garden, complete with all your favourite Mexican treats and traditions.
Adding to the flavour, award-winning Chef Louis Tikaram is taking over the Main Lawn with a Margarita Week Pop-Up food stall, serving up a bespoke menu inspired by his years living in Los Angeles and his love for Mexican cuisine.
