Inside North Queensland’s Tropical Paradise With A Swim-Up Pool Bar
Out of office
Fact: when you want to leave the hustle and bustle behind, all you have to do is head up north. With its palm-fringed beaches and coastal village atmosphere, Palm Cove is the pinnacle of laidback luxury – especially when you’re calling Peppers Beach Club & Spa Palm Cove home for your stay.
The iconic North Queensland resort is a veritable paradise, complete with lush green gardens, a swim-up pool bar, and a day spa where blissful indulgence awaits. Plus with its enviable location on the esplanade, you’ll be right in the heart of the action (read: relaxation) that Palm Cove is beloved for.
Room for more
As one of Palm Cove’s finest, Peppers Beach Club & Spa offers an array of contemporary accommodation options to suit your style, from a spa bath on the balcony to oceanfront views through the Melaleuca trees or your very own plunge pool. Welcomed with fragrant frangipani-scented air and an elegant feel executed in neutral décor to complement the natural surroundings, every detail has been curated for your pleasure.
Spoilt for choice
Plus, did you know Palm Cove is often hailed as the spa capital of Australia? Living up to the title, Paradise Day Spas NQ (located within Peppers Beach Club & Spa) is where you’ll experience the pamper of your dreams with highly trained spa therapists on hand to help you detox and destress. Whether you’re indulging in a hot stone massage or a glow-worthy facial, total bliss is on the agenda!
Seasoned by the sea
Peppers Beach Club & Spa is also home to top-notch dining, like La Mesa on the beachside. Inspired by the cultural richness and unique flavours of the Latin American culture, La Mesa invites you to gather around the table with family and friends to make colourful memories over shared dishes. Or, dive into bar bites and refreshing cocktails at On The Rocks – the swim-up pool bar for an indulgent state of mind.
Ready to plan your itinerary? Here are some top tips from our Director Paul Johnston who recently visited Peppers Beach Club & Spa Palm Cove:
Favourite spot? I couldn’t get enough of the main swimming pool with its On The Rocks swim-up bar. It’s a great place to read a book, unwind, and doze away while sipping on tropical cocktails.
A must-do? Start your day at the main eatery, La Mesa! The full breakfast buffet was amazing – as was the view of the palm trees overlooking the beach across the road.
Outside of the resort? Enjoy a morning stroll among the palm trees along the main esplanade. You can also walk up the jetty to see gorgeous views of Double Island and Haycock Island.
