Australia’s First Andaz Hotel Is Coming To The Gold Coast

Broadbeach is preparing to welcome a major new arrival, with reservations now open for the first Andaz hotel in Australia and the Pacific. Expected to open in late 2026, Andaz Gold Coast will bring the globally recognised lifestyle hotel brand to 16 Casino Drive, placing guests within walking distance of the beach, Pacific Fair, The Star Gold Coast and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. The 202-room hotel is set to offer far more than a place to check in. Across its expressive interiors, restaurants, bars, wellness facilities and expansive pool deck, Andaz Gold Coast promises a fresh take on the classic coastal escape.
Designed for the Gold Coast
Created by Australian architecture firm DBI Architects, with interiors by award-winning design studio Hachem, the hotel’s design follows the changing light of the coastline. Fresh sunrise tones, richer hinterland hues, lush green accents and expressive materials will appear throughout the property, allowing its spaces to evolve from morning to evening.
Floor-to-ceiling windows will fill the guestrooms and suites with natural light, while select rooms will include private outdoor areas. Suites will feature generous entertaining spaces, deep soaking bathtubs and dual vanities. For longer stays or celebratory weekends, the signature Andaz Residence Suite will offer spacious indoor-outdoor living and an expansive private terrace.
Four new places to dine
Andaz Gold Coast will introduce four new drinking and dining destinations to Broadbeach, moving from relaxed breakfasts and long lunches to poolside drinks and golden-hour cocktails. Nove Restaurant and Bar will serve Mediterranean-inspired food through a contemporary Australian lens, with local produce, fire-led cooking and shared plates at its core.
Vista Lounge will act as the hotel’s central social space throughout the day, while Verde Bar will be the spot for elevated bites and sunset drinks. Outside, Andaz Pool Club will combine sun lounges, private cabanas, cocktails and all-day dining across an expansive pool deck designed to carry guests from laid-back afternoons into lively evenings.
Beyond the hotel
Alongside a fully equipped Technogym fitness centre, the hotel will offer a program of experiences introducing visitors to the beaches, dining, arts and hinterland landscapes influencing modern Gold Coast life. Andaz hosts will also act as local insiders, directing guests towards the people, venues and lesser-known places worth adding to their itinerary.
Opening offers
To celebrate its Australian debut, Andaz Gold Coast has released two opening packages. The Grand Opening Offer includes 20 per cent off eligible room rates, increasing to 25 per cent for World of Hyatt members. The Gold Coast Escape includes a $100 food and drink credit and a complimentary room upgrade. World of Hyatt members can also receive an additional five per cent discount on eligible rates.
Both offers are available to book until 22 December 2026 for eligible stays between 14 December 2026 and 30 June 2027. The Gold Coast Escape requires a minimum two-night stay, with all offers subject to availability and applicable terms. Reservations are now open via the Andaz Gold Coast website.
