Champagne taste

The suite life is getting a gastronomic upgrade this October, as the Sunshine State once again hosts the world’s only Hotel Clicquot. Luxurious, indulgent, and now certifiably delicious, the VIP escape is back for a limited time and it’s sure to have your cup overflowing.

Perched on the stunning waterfront at Sunshine Beach, guests are invited to experience the extraordinary world of French Champagne house Veuve Clicquot from 12 to 28 October, for glorious three-night stays filled with Clicquot-inspired activities. Calling on 250 years of art de vivre and the ultimate savoir faire, this year’s pop-up will feature a series of money-can’t-buy culinary journeys led by some of the country’s finest chefs – bon appetit!

After days spent soaking in champagne sunsets poolside or cruising the coastline, guests will be treated to a Garden Gastronomy dinner – a concept developed by Veuve Clicquot to showcase the prestige cuvée of the House, La Grande Dame. Inverting tradition with vegetables, herbs, and fruits taking centre stage, while meat, fish, and eggs are prepared like condiments, two of Australia’s true chef icons will be leading the menu at Hotel Clicquot. The legendary Martin Benn (previously Sepia, Society) will create dinners for guest stays from 11 to 19 October, while  the five-hatted Peter Gilmore (Sydney Opera House’s Bennelong, Quay) will take over from 19 to 28 October.

In addition to Garden Gastronomy, guests will be digging into a Sustainable Dinner created by Sergio Perera, aka Chris Hemsworth’s private chef. Designed to match Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Rosé and Rich, the champagne dining experience will speak to the sustainably luxury at the heart of Veuve Clicquot.

With its unrivalled location at the edge of Noosa National Park, Hotel Clicquot is a uniquely private destination, boasting an infinity pool, five private guest suites, a cinema, day spa, bar, and exclusive access to the beach. And while retro inspiration is seen throughout the space, Hotel Clicquot looks to the future with eco-friendly innovations , alongside a 24-hour butler service, sommelier team, and beautifully appointed gifts.
