Hey, Baller! The NBA Exhibition Is Coming To BNE With Memorabilia And More
Nothing but net
Get your head in the game because The NBA Exhibition is coming to Australia for the first time this November, slam dunking right in the heart of Brisbane City!
Taking centre court at QueensPlaza, the interactive experience takes fans on a journey of discovery across 20 themed sections, including activations, virtual and augmented reality experiences, and multi-sensory moments. Here, visitors can test their abilities from measuring their vertical jumps and reflexes, to showcasing their shooting skills, and more.
Event highlights include opportunities to have your brush with fame, including as a photo-op with *the* Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy, and the augmented reality booths where guests can take their photos with iconic NBA players. Look the part at the Slam Dunk Selfie section where you can pose for a photo dunking in motion, or head to the Measure Up! area and compare hands and shoe prints with NBA players past and present. The Infinity Room will screen the league’s most memorable moments with surround sound effects and virtual reality goggles, so you can relive the glory days as if you’re on the court with Michael Jordan, himself.
The immersive exhibition will shine a spotlight on our very own current and past Australian NBA players, and will also display bespoke pieces of art by Australian and First Nations artists that were commissioned for the NBA Gallery pop-up in Sydney last year.
This extremely rare and unique experience will have you dribbling, dunking and shooting three-pointers in no time. Don’t drop the ball on this one – grab your tickets here.
