Celebrate good times at Queen Street Mall as they throw an epic 40th birthday bash with headline performances, live entertainment, styling workshops, night markets, and a whole lot more!
As Brisbane City’s premier shopping destination, Queen Street Mall is no stranger to keeping the crowds entertained, and this upcoming street party proves it! Pencil in Friday 26 August because this is one shindig you won’t want to miss.
Live entertainment will take the stage outside Wintergarden all day long with headline performances from *the* Vanessa Amorosi and Kate Ceberano. Meanwhile, those who are sartorially inclined, can head on down to the arch at Queen Street Mall for fashion shows presenting the latest spring/summer collections from QSM retailers, from 5pm to 5.30pm, 6pm to 6.30pm, and 7pm to 7.30pm.
Not only will you take away brilliant memories of the day, but Queen Street Mall Ambassador Annabel Falco will be hosting Fashion Friday styling workshops to arm you with the tips and tricks you need to nail the latest trends. Featuring some of your favourite QSM labels, you’ll be treated to free fashion workshops and beauty masterclasses with the likes of Country Road, Sass & Bide, Veronika Maine, Sheike, COS, Issada, and more.
All the excitement building up a thirst? Hit refresh at Jimmy’s On The Mall’s sparkling champagne pop-up bar or peruse the stalls at the exclusive night markets as roaming performers pass you by. Plus, keep an eye out for surprise giveaways around every corner!
You can get the party started from Tuesday 9 August by taking a walk down memory lane and discovering the rich history of QSM with a photo display chronicling the past 40 years. There’ll also be historical markers throughout the mall highlighting special occasions and locations to give you a new detail to explore every time you visit!
