Say Cheese, A Cheese Festival Is Returning to Brisbane And It’s Too Gouda To Be True!

Lovers of the antipasto platter clear your calendars – you better brie-lieve it, the beloved cheese festival MOULD is back and it’s going to be cheesier than ever.
Presented by REVEL – the masterminds behind Aussie favourite, Pinot Palooza – prepare for three huge days of ooey-gooey goodness from 12-14 May. Have a taste of the finest cheddar, brie, and blue cheeses from Nimbin Valley, Coal River, Vannella, Bunya and more
But cheese is only as good as its counterpart, so cleanse your palate with an array of wine, beer, sake, and liquors on hand from Hey Tomorrow Wines, Archie Rose, Brick Lane, and more. Get yourself a chilled glass to pair with a delicious selection of cheeses and you’re gouda to go!
As for the side dishes being served up on this blessed weekend, grab a fragrant curry from local fave, Nice Thai by Kid Curry, and don’t forget to stock up on premium deli meats, relishes, organic honey, and other antipasto essentials to take home with you. Okay, is anyone craving a cheese board right about now?
Tickets are quickly running out with Saturday’s allocation already exhausted, so be sure to snatch up the remaining tix for Friday and Sunday here.
