FIRESIDE: Food & Wine is the event of the season (no pressure) with an unparalleled outdoor dining experience of exclusive cocktails, bites, party tunes, and an unforgettable night of good times, and you and your fabulous besties are invited to join in on the antics with an all-inclusive ticket.
With a Sonnyboy of Gresham Old Fashioned from The Gresham in hand, take a seat amongst the architectural grounds of St Stephen’s Cathedral before you’re presented with delightful dishes and primo pours from some of The City’s best. Prep your tastebuds – FIRESIDE is all about smoky, fire-kissed flavours including charcoal-grilled Mooloolaba King Prawn skewers with truffle tartare sauce from Tillerman, scallop and prawn wontons with black vinegar and chilli from Donna Chang, woodfired pork belly and crackling, milk bread roll, shaved fennel, and fermented chilli dressing from Dalton Catering, and pecan pie from Walter’s Steakhouse and Wine Bar. As for sips, there will be a plethora of ways to stay hydrated, with beer and wine from City Winery, and spicy concoctions from The Gresham.
