Enjoy Moreton Bay Bug Arancini And Aperol Spritz At This Pop-Up Bar

Sip, sip!

Pop on your floppiest hat because Brisbane’s favourite riverside dining precinct is taking a trip to Capri!

Eagle Street Pier is set to play host to an Aperol Spritz pop-up bar from 11 November to 18 December, pouring out the iconic orange drink alongside cocktails expertly mixed by the COPPA crew. The unmistakably fresh and bittersweet taste of the popular drink will go down a treat in the sun-filled bar, which serves as the perfect backdrop for the festive season.

Bar snacks will be dished up by Brisbane’s favourite restaurants at Eagle Street Pier, who will come straight to you at the pop-up bar as you laze under the sun. Fatcow Steak & Lobster, Rico Bar & Dining, Fratelli Famous, COPPA, and City Winery are all on board, offering a selection of bar favourites, small plates, and nibbles. We’re talking oysters, artichokes with herbed aioli, 18-month prosciutto, Moreton Bug arancini, prawn and nduja aioli, or rosemary and parmesan fries. Now this is how to wrap up the year!

When: Wednesdays to Sundays, 12-7pm daily

Where: Eagle Street Pier’s Northshore forecourt.
