Sip To Spring At This Chandon Garden Spritz Pop-Up Oasis
Break out the bubbles
If warmer weather has you dreaming of sipping spritzes in the Amalfi Coast, pinch yourself because this waterfront oasis is no mirage.
Popping up riverside from 27 October, Customs House is back with another one of their delectable pop-up bars, paying homage to the season in open-air domes and lush greenery. One sip of Chandon Garden Spritz is all it takes, and you’ll be transported to a balmy European garden party, set to the backdrop of sweeping river views.
The picture-perfect spot will see an enticing combination of Chandon sparkling wine, orange bitters, and fresh garnishes in a glass, as well as zesty cocktails, and French, Italian, and Australian wines. Saluti!
Feeling peckish? Feast on a sensational menu of seasonal goodies, including Fresh Oscietra Caviar with blini and creme fraiche, salmon gravlax with blood orange, smoked sour cream and chive, as well as fringe croquettes with pickled walnut and rosemary aioli. And, of course, it wouldn’t be a Customs House pop-up without a Moreton Bay bug croissant and this time the favourite is back with a twist – citrus poached bug! Drool.
Whether you’re looking for a snazzy Sunday session or the perfect pre-dinner party, this is a spring calendar must-do. With no bookings, all you need is your best sundress and good company.
