A Pop-Up Rosé Garden Is Coming To Customs House
Through the grapevine
Opening like the radiant heavens above the Customs House terrace is the Whispering Angel Rosé Garden – a fresh seasonal pop-up that promises an unforgettable experience.
Step into an enchanting oasis as the terrace is transformed into a magical garden. Imagine elegant European domes draped in luxurious fabrics, surrounded by lush greenery and delicate pink blooms. This idyllic setting is perfect for leisurely afternoon get-togethers or sophisticated Sunday gatherings, all set against the backdrop of stunning river views and a gentle spring breeze.
At the heart of this experience is the renowned Château d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé from Provence. Pair your glass with a selection of delectable offerings, including the Customs House’s acclaimed Moreton Bay bug croissant with lime and dill mayo. Oh, and how can you look past their selection of cheeses from France and Italy?
With a drink menu overflowing with Australian, New Zealand, and French wines, plus the Provence Cooler – a refreshing mix of Belvedere Pure, Whispering Angel Rosé, lemon, blackberry, and basil, it’s like the menu was designed by the gods themselves.
While walk-ins are welcome at Whispering Angel Rosé Garden, individual domes can also be exclusively booked – reserve a private dome for intimate gatherings of up to ten guests.
Or, for a truly luxurious experience, enjoy the Whispering Angel Rosé Garden High Tea on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for $100 per person. This refined affair includes savoury canapés, freshly baked scones, petit fours, and a glass of Whispering Angel Rosé or French tea, ideal for groups of two to six.
