Teneriffe Banks: Kokoda Property Group’s $1.5 billion riverfront development — has officially entered the chat, and it’s being dubbed Queensland’s largest residential wellness precinct.
Unlike traditional developments where wellness is an optional extra, Teneriffe Banks makes it the entire lifestyle.
