Senior Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative agency. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-impact design solutions for a diverse range of national clients, crafting compelling brand identities, marketing campaigns, and visual storytelling assets that drive engagement and results across print, digital and editorial media.
Who we’re looking for:
You’re a strategic and versatile designer with a passion for branding, marketing, and creative storytelling. With a strong background in agency design, you’ll lead and execute projects spanning across brand development, marketing pitches, advertising campaigns, social media content, and digital experiences. You will also bring valuable experience working across magazines and editorial design, with a deep understanding of print production, layout composition, and typography.
This role is ideal for a someone with a keen eye for detail and who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines with ease, and has experience guiding or mentoring other designers. Previous experience working within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency is highly valued.
Role requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of design experience with a strong foundation in branding, digital, and print media design within a creative or marketing agency.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with expertise in crafting high-quality visual assets.
· Strong background in print and pre-press production—a portfolio showcasing high-quality print work is required.
· Expertise in digital design, including social media content, website assets, animation, and eDMs.
· Highly conceptual thinker with exceptional attention to detail, capable of executing high-impact creative across both print and digital platforms.
· Ability to manage multiple projects from brief to execution across diverse mediums while maintaining brand consistency.
· Organised and deadline-driven, with strong time management skills and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
· Comfortable leading and mentoring junior designers, providing guidance to maintain creative excellence.
· Adaptable and able to learn and apply brand guidelines across various client projects.
· Confident in contributing fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and bringing innovative, strategic concepts to the table.
· A strong portfolio showcasing compelling, on-brand design work for a range of clients.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate creative ideas effectively.
· Experience with Squarespace or similar web platforms is a plus.
