Social Media Coordinator – This position has now been filled
Style Media is on the hunt for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team! In this dynamic role, you’ll manage content across shopping centres, hospitality, and lifestyle brands, crafting engaging posts, developing creative strategies, and keeping your finger on the pulse of digital trends. From content creation to community management and performance tracking, you’ll play a key role in bringing brands to life online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be accountable for multiple social media accounts
- Execution of social media strategy: planning, copywriting, editing, scheduling, reporting
- Creating and editing iPhone reels
- Attend monthly content shoots for clients, coming up with concepts, creating run lists, retailer liaison and supporting the photographer to capture high-quality visuals
- Keeping up with current trends and implementing in your own work
- Basic graphic design on InDesign and Canva
- Actioning any Ad Hoc client requests that come across your desk
- Manage client communications, including regular updates and WIP meetings to ensure alignment on social media strategies and performance
- Regular community engagement across accounts
- Managing social media competitions, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless process, and overseeing the selection and announcement of winners
- Respond promptly and professionally as a point of contact for clients
- Manage communications across key platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
Role Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
- Experience in social media content creation across lifestyle categories like beauty, fashion, food, wellness, and travel would be highly regarded
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, InDesign, Canva, Hootsuite and InShot
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

If so, we want to hear from you!We’re on the hunt for an experienced, creative, and highly organised Content Manager to join our agency team. Working across an exciting mix of clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping content strategies, managing workflows, and delivering impactful campaigns across multiple platforms within Style Media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage team workflows, ensuring seamless project execution
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly and professionally
- Develop innovative campaign concepts and compelling content strategies
- Lead copywriting initiatives with a strong background in journalism
- Write and edit SEO blogs, and manage print publications from concept to completion
- Build and send eDMs (experience with Campaign Monitor and Squarespace preferred)
- Get hands-on with content creation—writing, strategising, or even jumping in front of the camera

Sales Support Specialist – This position has now been filled
Are you a sales pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Can you build strong relationships and find solutions to meet client needs? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our experienced sales team. You’ll work with fantastic clients, supporting the team in driving success across print, digital, and social campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations
- Build and maintain a current lead list through outreach to prospects
- Source new client contacts and research key industries like beauty, food, fashion, travel, and lifestyle
- Manage print bookings and campaigns
- Oversee digital and social campaigns to ensure targets are met
- Use HubSpot to manage client campaigns and track progress
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, with exposure to print, digital, and social media
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
