From the creators of Libertine, Naga, Popolo and Walter’s Steakhouse, Andrew and Jaimee Baturo introduce their new tantalising masterpiece, Tillerman. Opening on the plaza level of Riparian Plaza, Tillerman is set to steer a course for exceptional seafood, influenced by the best dishes the world has to offer.
With Head Chef Suwisa Phoonsang (Naga, Libertine) at the helm, Tillerman sources only the freshest and most premium seafood, while introducing patrons to exotic ingredients treated respectfully and minimally. The menu is not restricted by a specific cuisine of culture, from salt cod croquettes to hand-picked Queensland Mud Crab with crab butter and chives.
While seafood is the star of the show, the menu hosts a wide variety of satiating items to cater to all taste buds. Featuring a heritage wagyu flank, chicken roulade with mushroom duxelles, and seasonal vegetables tarte tatin, there’s also a selection of colourful salads and side dishes every member of the gang will be anticipating for their next visit.
Become absorbed in the atmosphere curated by award-winning architects Hogg & Lamb, created with the well-travelled diner in mind. A mixture of high and low tables allows for the Story Bridge to be constant eye candy no matter your location. Spotted gum and bold botanical prints prove to exude sophistication as you lounge on plump leather cushions living your best seafood life.
