Cult Foodie Favourite FISHBOWL Is Opening Its First Brisbane Store

From Bondi to Brisbane

If you thought eating healthy meant compromising on taste, Sydney’s cult favourite foodie joint is opening its first Brisbane store to rock your world. Salad aficionados, FISHBOWL are launching in Gasworks Plaza so you can eat clean, and feel absolutely brilliant about it.

The unique venture from three uni students back in 2016 has quickly cemented itself as Australia’s favourite quick service restaurant, conquering New South Wales and Victoria in a whirl of fresh vegetables, sustainably sourced seafood, and natural ingredients. The Japanese-inspired eatery offers a customisable menu of – you guessed it – bowls, made from scratch every day with minimal intervention.

Their ever-popular THE OG bowl is snagged by 10,000 eager eaters a week, who can’t get enough of the salmon sashimi, kale, beets, edamame, roasted sesame dressing, seaweed salad, and crispy shallots served on your choice of base – think brown rice and cabbage, glass noodles, fresh greens, or sushi rice. Made from an open kitchen, you can watch the deliciousness be created before your eyes, ensuring maximum nutrition and guilt-free bites.

FISHBOWL is set to open 16 July.
