Miranda Kerr Reconnects With Her Aussie Roots In Partnership With This Iconic Brand

Golden duo

Take a look in your jewellery box – I bet there’s a Michael Hill Jeweller piece in there somewhere. A long-standing favourite in Australian culture, Michael Hill Jeweller is known for being a reliable, go-to jewellery brand; the place to go to secure a graduation present or find a ring for that special someone. But the iconic brand is now breaking free of its reputation and is about to seriously step up its game.

Michael Hill Jeweller’s brand transformation:

Marking the first step in their brand makeover, Brissy gal turned supermodel/mother of four/skincare brand owner/all-around-cool-girl Miranda Kerr has added another role to her repertoire: Michael Hill Jeweller brand ambassador.

Commencing her 18-month ambassadorship, Kerr shares that she was honoured to join the Michael Hill Jeweller family at such a pivotal time in the brand’s life.

“I am thrilled to be the Michael Hill ambassador; this partnership is so special to me because one of my first photoshoots in my career was with Michael Hill over 20 years ago,” she says.

“This next chapter in the brand is super exciting as they continue to create beautiful, sentimental jewellery that captures the meaningful moments. I love the campaign and the brand’s new elevated direction.”

What else to expect:

As well as officially claiming A-lister-approved status with Kerr on board as a partner, the brand is reinventing itself with everything from new logos and website design to a new global flagship store in Chadstone. This store will offer the company’s first high-end jewellery collection with pieces worth more than $500,000 – a far cry from the Michael Hill Jeweller we grew up with. Plus, the collection will feature a softer, more feminine look.

Since its humble beginnings as a single store in New Zealand back in 1979, Michael Hill continues to evolve and is on an upward trajectory to rival other premium jewellery brands. Cementing itself as a brand to watch, keep an eye on their socials for more updates.
