Dig Into Hot Cross Scones At This Extravagant Easter High Tea

What’s better than an Easter egg hunt? Why, dining in decadence of course!

If the thought of rummaging through the garden to get your mitts on a melted bit of choc ain’t your cuppa, this might be! Relax, unwind, indulge and be served (on a silver platter), an array of delicious bites this Easter from the comfort of one of Brissy’s most luxe locations, W Brisbane.

Get set to point your pinky to the sky, for W Brisbane is revamping their high tea experience into an all-Aussie affair with local classics for their High Tea of Easter event. Happening every Friday and Sunday from March 19 for a month, get set to nosh on egg sandwiches with Oscietta Caviar, Aussie meat pies and bush tomato chutney, or sneak a hot cross scone with clotted cream and marmalade jam in between sips of Veuve Clicquot at the hotel’s Living Room Bar (no rabbits allowed).

And if you’ve still got space in your belly (there’s *always* room for dessert), fill up with spiced carrot cake, or mini chocolate raspberry Easter egg nest tarts. Sound better than store-bought choccies? We think so!
