It’s back! That’s right, come October 22, you’ll find us groovin’ and movin’ at The Warehouse in Fortitude Valley for The Bodia Ball 3.0. We’re stoked to announce Style Media is a major sponsor, with our very own Social Media Coordinator Mel on The Bodia Group committee – a Brisbane philanthropic organisation that aims to support education and localised economic development in Cambodia.

This year, they’re making their bi-annual Bodia Ball bigger and better than ever. Hosting 450 people for a night of delectable food, live entertainment, and four hours of free-flowing drinks, you’ll want to secure your ticket soon! This black-tie gala will be be a night to let loose, dance away all memories of lockdown blues, and give back. The line-up is set to impress with red hot duo WIGZ bringing the energy for a dance performance on The Vibeatron LED Dancefloor, followed by a live band, local DJs, an epic raffle, silent auction, and so much more.

With the generous support of the Brisbane community, each ball has achieved significant impact already:

Bodia Ball 1.0 - over $17,000 raised and put towards:

  • Financing a farm business project in Takéo Province, Cambodia for a local NGO, to allow them to reach financial independence
  • Financial assistance for high school students for learning materials and uniforms

Bodia Ball 3.0 – the latest project! This year they’re raising essential money to expand the scholarship program and finance business projects that have a positive social impact. Now more than ever, Cambodia needs our help and we’re so excited to see the generous support of our Brisbane community.

And yes, we know COVID-19 times are uncertain times, which is why tickets are 100% refundable in the event of a Brisbane lockdown. Otherwise, you can save your ticket for the postponed date!
