Get ready to loosen your belts; from 7 to 10 October, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort is welcoming back Taste Port Douglas for its highly anticipated return to the Sunshine State!

The sun-soaked beaches and reef resorts of Tropical North Queensland create the ultimate backdrop for this four-day foodie heaven, with an array of exclusive luncheons, events, and parties in an appetising line-up that’s sure to leave you hungry for more. Led by Spencer Patrick from Harrisons, the festival will see some of Australia’s most inspiring chefs and industry leaders such as Ben Williamson, Alanna Sapwell, Laura Sharrad, and Massimo Mele land in the seaside town to dish up only the best.

The coveted Port Douglas Long Lunch will feature a collaboration between four of the top local restaurants and prominent Aussie chefs, for an unforgettable culinary experience. There will also be cooking demonstrations and master classes all festival long at the Sheraton Festival Village, as well as an all-day beach bar (yes, please!) and the infamous Harry Hawker Street Food Party on Saturday night. Taste Port Douglas will also be a single-use plastic free festival so you can dig in to your heart’s content with no worries at all!

Taste Port Douglas kicks off a series of Sheraton summer events across Melbourne, Sydney and Gold Coast that will be hosted by the likes of Colin Fassnidge, Manu Feildel and Adrian Richardson. So, slap on that sunscreen and get ready to indulge in a myriad of flavours from both land and sea all summer long!
