80s Roller Disco Has Arrived!

By Hayley Hinze | 31st July 2020Roller Disco Brunch is coming back on August 28 to whisk Brisbane back to a funky and fresh time. This 80s themed roller disco sold out last year and it’s easy to see why.
A $65 ticket will cover your entry, skate hire and a cool 90 minutes of unlimited pizza and bottomless mimosas.
Roller skates and bottomless mimosas might seem like a dangerous mix, but pair this with themed disco tunes plus a room of good vibes, and it’s more like a recipe for a great time.
To embrace the 80s vibe, skaters are encouraged to rock their best 80s outfits, so hit up the thrift stores for some neon, sparkles and leg warmers! Prizes will also be awarded for best dressed, in case you needed more convincing.
The outfit, of course, is just the half of it, so extra points for true 80s makeup and hair – think Dolly Parton’s perm meets Madonna’s makeup!
Six skate sessions are set to run at various times from August 28-29 and booking is essential.
This is an 18+ event and if you haven’t laced up the skates since the actual 80s, you may have to bring your own protection such as knee and elbow pads.
