It’s Hot In Here! Naga Thai Is Bringing The Heat With Regional Flavours

Hey, flame lovin' foodie lovers!

Stylers, can you feel the heat?

Get set to jet your tastebuds across the globe to Thailand, where the flavours are bold, punchy, and packed with spices like you’ve never experienced before (seriously, they’re not for the faint-hearted, you have been warned.)!

This April, Naga Thai invites you to pull up a chair, take a seat, and discover regional Thailand with their Tasting Thailand dinner series in homage to the Thai New Year.

Spanning across two days, explore the explosive tastes of Thailand with Naga’s Head Chef Suwisa, who’s pumped to be serving up regional dishes from the Northeast. Your first stop? Isan.

Heat, spice and all things nice are on the agenda, with a disclosed warning of a high heat rating! Big, bold, balanced and flavourful – just the way it should be, and with a retro flair, too.

The heroes on the plate are brought to you by Australia’s freshest produce including braised Mt Tamborine free-range chicken with chilli, lime and shallots aplenty, braised Black Angus grain-fed shank in a hot and sour soup, and crispy Barramundi fillets, accompanied by (yes, more) chilli, coriander and mint in the Nam Tok Pla (otherwise known as Waterfall Salad).

Question is, can you handle the heat? To help with the freshly made cuisines making your way into your mouth hole, Naga Thai’s signature cocktails will be readily available to tame the tango on your tastebuds. We recommend the Plum Nagaroni or the Sukothai Sling to keep the taste train rolling.

Check out the menu, preview the flavours, and book now for a night of flaming, flavourful food at Eagle Street Pier!
