It’s All French Bubbles And Blooming Florals At Customs House’s Rosé Pop-Up Bar

Wanna French?

By Stamatina Notaras | 18th September 2023

Savour sun-soaked sips at Customs House as it launches into spring with its seasonal pop-up. If bubbly rosé and French-inspired eats sound like music to your ears, follow the beat and sit, sip and spill by the river in the picture-perfect surrounds of Queen Street’s crowning jewel.

From September 21, Customs House terrace will be filled with flower domes while the garden bar tops up flutes of Moet and Chandon Rosé and Chateau Minuty Prestige Rosé. Alongside an array of whites, pinks and reds, you can also shake up your sip by ordering from the selection of carefully curated cocktails such as the lychee and raspberry caprioska – a blend of Belvedere Pure, lychee liqueur, raspberries and lychee.

Customs House Rose Pop Up

As you enjoy panoramic views of the Brisbane River, relish in the warmth of spring and see out the sun while biting into Moreton Bay bug croissants, scallop ceviche, freshly shucked oysters and shellfish platters. This pop-up is walk-in only, so take a seat for post-work champas and nibbles or make it a weekend antic with family and friends – don’t mind if oui do!
