Brisbane Ice Cream Festival Is Back

Ice, ice baby

By Dinushka Gunasekara | 10th February 2021

I scream, you scream – you know the drill. The ever-popular Brisbane Ice Cream Festival is back to sweeten up West Village for a fourth year, so if you’re lactose sensitive, start prepping now.

Dishing out all things chilled and churned, the festival will see Saturday March 20 and Sunday March 21 turn into an absolute treat. A vast array of vendors will be selling the goods, from traditional gelato to ice cream rolls, spiders, and everything in between. There will be plenty of live entertainment to bop to, a pop-up bar for a cheeky pick-me-up, and since ice cream is easily the most photogenic dessert, rest assured there’s themed snappable opportunities around every corner.

Plus, for the first time, Brisbane Ice Cream Festival will give you the chance to enjoy a night cap, with a twilight session on Saturday! As always, entry is free but thanks to old mate COVID, pre-registration to one of the seven two-hour sessions is required (which really just means you’re guaranteeing yourself a chance to chillax). Register here lickity split!
