Look Up, The Star Brisbane Reveals Three New Restaurants Coming To Its Soaring Sky Deck
The high life
We all expected The Star Brisbane to level up the Brissy dining scene, and they’re doing so quite literally with their latest announcement! Look up, folks – here are three new restaurants soaring sky-high 100m above the $3.6 billion Queen’s Wharf precinct.
Set to be one of Australia’s most anticipated dining destinations, The Star Brisbane’s new Sky Deck will be home to three highly distinct venues boasting unparalleled views and dining under the open sky.
Aloria is The Star’s latest signature restaurant, where European elegance meets Aussie charm, in a relaxed yet elevated dining experience served on a backdrop of spectacular Queensland sunsets. The open kitchen will be responsible for a seasonal menu focused around time-honoured woodfire and grill techniques, bringing a depth of flavour to the table. Doubling as Brisbane’s ‘cellar in the sky’, Aloria will showcase the city’s best and brightest drops, as well as a dedicated martini menu that celebrates the classic cocktail in its truest form.
Those looking to kick back in style can head to the eastern end of Sky Deck, where all-day dining venue Babblers is waiting. Plating up shareable crowd pleasers crafted with seasonal produce alongside Australian craft beer and wines, Babblers’ warmth and charm will make for a bustling institution you’ll return to time and time again.
The main event? Cicada Blu – a captivating day-to-night destination taking centre stage on Sky Deck. Welcoming electrifying entertainment and exotic elixirs lit up by the enigmatic lighting installations, Cicada Blue is sure to become the magnetic centre of Brisbane’s nightlife.
Open to the public 24/7 throughout the year, you’re going to want to get familiar with Australia’s newest sky-high playground!
Sky Deck bookings are expected to launch in early 2024.
