Brisbane’s ever-evolving dining scene is levelling up next month with the opening of The Lex – W Brisbane’s sophisticated new restaurant addition.
Inspired by the energy and swagger of New York-style grills with a focus on hyper-local produce and flavours, The Lex will incorporate natural cooking techniques and traditions in classic dishes with a playful twist. With an ice-cold oyster brine martini in one hand and a forkful of dry aged local cut beef in the other, The Lex’s immersive menu is set to feature familiar comforts reimagined to tantalise the senses.
As if that wasn’t enough to convince us, the restaurant will feature terrace-style dining to create a beautiful, airy space, and with unbeatable views of the Brissy River, we’re sure the vibes will be immaculate.
The Lex is a nod to W Hotel’s origin story (the first W was in NYC after all!), and to celebrate the opening, W Brisbane will be offering a Wine & Dine package which includes overnight accommodation with valet parking, breakfast for two at The Lex, and a $100 dining credit to enjoy at the new restaurant from 15 June to 31 October.
