Introducing The Fifty-Six, the city’s newest dining destination that’s about to set the scene ablaze. Opening this February, the Fifty-Six promises to be a vibrant Cantonese restaurant blending traditional flavours with contemporary flair. As the jewel in the crown of Naldham House’s stunning transformation, this restaurant celebrates the rich history of Chinese immigration and its cultural influence on Australia’s – and Brisbane’s – culinary landscape.

The Fifty-Six is led by the talented Chef Gerald Ong, whose culinary prowess shines in celebrated Canberra hotspots like Mrs Wang, Lucky Duck, and Golden Panda.
