This Winter Pop-Up Celebrates The Perfect Pairing Of Pizza And Pinot

Like apple and pie or strawberries and cream, a slice of pizza and a glass of Pinot is a tried-and-true pairing that never fails to warm a winter heart. No one knows this more than the good folk at Regatta Hotel, which is why they’re hosting a delicious pop-up to turn up the heat!
On Sunday 25 July, head on down for Pizza & Pinot in the Courtyard. As a part of Regatta’s toasty Winter in the Vineyards, the pop-up pizzeria will be dishing out delectable woodfired pizza from 3-7pm. There’s The Italian with classico salami, sobrasada, guanciale scamorza, Italian tomato sugo, buffalo mozzarella and topped with fresh basil. Or, the sweet tooths will adore the dessert pizza with a Nutella base, strawberries, banana, marshmallows, roasted almonds, and chocolate ganache – oh my!
Wash it down with a glass of Pinot or wrap your mitts around one of three delish flavours from the mulled wine cart – classic mulled wine, mulled rosé, and hot apple cinnamon cider.
Live music will set the mood in the wintery vineyard setting. And with free entry and no reservations required, frankly, it’d be rude not to come for a cosy Sunday sesh!
