One of the best ways to spend a day is of course shopping! The Westfield shopping centres (Carindale, Chermside, Garden City, Helensvale, North Lakes and Strathpine) will be open on Easter Saturday. There is bound to be something there to keep you occupied or to stock up for your holiday.

FRESH FOOD MARKETS
Hitting up the markets is a classic way to spend a sunny day in Brisbane on the weekend. Luckily there are a few markets still bring out their stalls this Easter. The Jan Power’s Farmers Market in New Farm will be open on Saturday; The Eagle Farm Markets will be held on Easter Sunday and the Rocklea Markets will be going all out, open both days. Remember, fresh is best!
