A Modern Italian Restaurant And Bar Promising Opulent Dining Opens In South Brisbane
Cin cin
Forget Euro summer – South Brisbane’s latest Italian restaurant has opened its doors just in time to be the host for your dreamiest holiday yet!
Como Restaurant is the new modern Italian fine-dining restaurant and bar from hospo royalty, complete with redefined takes on generational recipes and a wine list designed to quench your thirst in true style. With caviar and champagne on hand, Como embodies the tasteful yet laid back essence of its namesake as it draws influence from beloved regions in Italy.
With acclaimed chef Isaia Dal Fiume (previously Bacchus Restaurant) at the helm, Como pays homage to its heritage in an exceptional menu that features quality ingredients from both local farmers and artisanal producers abroad. Start off with small bites and antipasti – like Byron Bay burrata with taggiasca olives and brioche topped with raw kangaroo loin, dijon, and passion fruit – before moving onto homemade pastas and gourmet pizzas. The main event, however, is undeniably the Cabassi Wagyu Queensland Special Reserve, dubbed Australia’s luxury beef.
Unwinding with an aperitivo in hand is made easy at Como, with their signature cocktails, dedicated spritz menu, and truly extensive wine list. Off the spirits? Como also has temperance cocktails so non-drinkers can get in on the action.
Como Restaurant is now open. Book here.
