Hop To It, A Carbon Negative Three-Storey Brewery Arrives In Fortitude Valley
Bottoms up!
Attention budding brewers and beer aficionados alike! BrewDog has expanded into an epic three-storey bar right in the heart of Fortitude Valley, brimming with farm-to-table junk food, nostalgic arcade games, and craft beer aplenty.
What was once a 1920s fuel depot – aka the heritage listed Tranberg House on Brunswick Street – is now occupied by one of the world’s first carbon-negative breweries. Pull up a seat in their classic industrial meets comfy fit out, and you’ll be sipping on climate-conscious beers, ginger beer, and shandies made at BrewDog’s solar-powered brewery and taproom in Murarrie.
Set amongst Brisbane’s bustling nightlife. BrewDog offers much to fill your cup – after all, three levels provide the optimal opportunity to sink a schooner. Spanning 20 taps across session-strength pale ales and lagers to imperial stouts and sours, when you aren’t quenching your thirst with a craft beer (or two) the mouthwatering farm-to-table junk food menu is sure to deliver. Featuring 50% plant-based items, your tastebuds will be satisfied across grazing nibbles, burgers, pizza, and more. BrewDog is also staking its claim as the place to be post-knock off with weekly highlights including BrewDog’s signature, all-year-round specials and all-you-can-eat wings on Wing Wednesdays.
Let’s be real, it’s always a good time to sink a tinny and fortunately Brisbane’s beer scene is hopping thanks to BrewDog! The taps are pourin’, the 6m-long shuffleboards are set, and BrewDog is waiting for you.
BrewDog is now open at 235 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley. Book here.
