With Queen’s Wharf’s long-awaited opening just around the corner, another exciting venue has been announced and we are counting down the days until opening. From the creative minds behind Lina Rooftop and Soko Rooftop, Azeteca, a Latin American eatery infused with a touch of Asian Fusion, is set to dazzle Brisbane foodies with unique flavours backdropped by its earthy yet sophisticated space.

An Aztec-inspired attraction

Azteca has taken innovation one step further with its unique blend of styles and tastes. With an Aztec-inspired dining area, Azteca will seat 126 patrons across its unique and vibrant dining room featuring semi-private circular pods.

But if you’re after a little more ambience, Azteca’s hidden private dining area – seating 14 – will allow you to escape the crowds behind an elegant, handcrafted Aztec door. Take a seat and savour the traditional artwork alongside full-length inbuilt water features, luxurious fabrics, and opulent mosaic tiles. Azteca will have you enjoying your surroundings while savouring the meals that grace your table.

Now, onto the food

Creating a stunning custom menu alongside his team, Azteca’s head chef, Zac Sykes, blends Latin-American influences with hints of Asian fusion and light Australian touches. Most recently helping to open Brisbane’s fave Italian restaurant, Establishment 203, Sykes has made Azteca one of Queen’s Wharf’s most awaited venues. Using fresh and local ingredients, Sykes’ unique blend of flavours paired with Azteca’s Latin American/Asian cocktail selection, we’re sure Azteca’s cuisine will hit the spot!
