Brisbane Quarter has officially announced the anticipated opening of Brisbane’s newest culinary sensation. Embracing roots, culture, heirlooms, experience and ancestry with modern twists, Heritij is a forward new addition to Brisbane’s conventional foodie scene.

Using traditional Indian methods with bold Asian flavours and fresh native Australian Produce, Heritij has a very distinctive menu. Led by head two-time Michelin awarded Chef Manjunath Mural, you’ll find yourself on a quest of flavours on this shared gastronomic journey. Choose from a menu of seemingly normal dishes such as a leg of lamb or market fish, experiencing these dishes in an entirely new way. With lots of smaller options available for pairing, you can graze on Indian street nachos or cottage cheese steaks and flavoursome desserts like Saffron cheesecake and beetroot and fig pudding.

With its flagship restaurant amidst the Brisbane Quarter, Heritij is changing the way we dine here in Brisbane. Open Monday to Saturday, with private bookings and events reserved for Sundays, win yourself the chance to dine at Brisbane’s newest restaurant. One lucky reader will win a $200 voucher towards their next meal at Heritij which can be spent on lunch or dinner! Welcome to haute Indian cuisine, presented here in humble Brisbane.
