Ada Lane transforms into an open-air dining room, where the city’s top chefs and sommeliers bring the season’s freshest produce straight from garden to plate.

Up on the hotel roof, the garden has been busy. Herbs, edible flowers, and sun-ripened summer produce are ready for picking. The city’s top chefs are taking it straight from garden to table with a five-course degustation, finished off with dessert and cheese, all paired with wines poured throughout the night. Every dish comes with a story, introduced by the chef or sommelier behind it – because the experience is just as much about the tales as the tastes.
