The Big Bash Is Back: How To Watch It Live In Brisbane
Pitch-perfect summer
Australian summer is synonymous with many things – beach days, backyard cricket, hot sand, and pavlova – but nothing gets the people together like a good game of cricket. Fast-paced, electrifying, unmissable – the Big Bash is back, and it’s forecasted to be a sell-out summer.
What to expect
Fans can expect hair-raising, nail-biting action at the Gabba as the Brisbane Heat battle to trade last season’s bronze for gold.
Here’s when you can catch the home team:
- Friday 19 December – Heat v Scorchers – 6:15 pm
- Saturday 27 December – Heat v Strikers – 6:15 pm
- Friday 2 January – Heat v Stars – 6:15 pm
- Saturday 10 January – Heat v Thunder – 3:00 pm
- Sunday 18 January – Heat v Sixers – 6:15 pm
Come for the on-field action, stay for the off-field entertainment. Australian electronic duo The Presets are bringing the halftime heat (pun intended) on 2 January, and fireworks, lighting shows, live performances (and fan cams!) can be expected at each game.
