They’re back! The Fortitude Valley Markets are relaunching on October 11, offering Brisbane shoppers an exciting new culinary & shopping experience.
Acclaimed market operators Jonny Ruddy and Mark Power will transform the quintessentially cultured Fortitude Valley landscape into a vibrant and dynamic retail space featuring local designers, art, sculpture, fashion, home wares, collectibles, food stalls, live music and much, much more!
The revamped markets promise to ride the wave of new, trendy, inner city retail spots that have been synonymous with the emerging Brisbane cultural landscape in recent years. The Eat St and Night Noodle markets are poignant examples of how street markets can capture the imagination - and hearts - of the Brisbane public.
Furthermore, the relaunch of the Fortitude Valley markets coincides with BCC’s extensive $4 Million redevelopment of the Brunswick St and Chinatown malls, making it a must for any Brisbane reveller wanting to check out this new part of town in style.
Initially, these will be Saturday and Sunday ‘day’ markets. However, this will be extended to include night trading on Friday and Saturday nights on November 28. These markets are sure to once again become a must-do!
