Not to mention a hump day feed and Saturday bevvy while the footy played. If you’re feeling as nostalgic as we are, boy oh boy, do we have news for you.

The Normanby is back!

The change of focus for the venue will see it step away from the infamous Sunday sessions and transform the hotel into an everyday ole faithful. The hotel’s new owner, Jaz Mooney, notes this transition as an important step for The Normanby to rebuild its character and prominence in the community.

“After a change of ownership and redevelopment, we identified an opportunity for The Normanby Hotel to reinstate itself as one of Brisbane’s most iconic landmarks,” Mooney said.“The entire building has been stripped back and redeveloped while being respectful to its heritage listing and original character.

“Everything from the branding and bars through to the beer gardens has been thoughtfully re-designed to create an experience the community will love,” Mooney said.

Of course a Sunday sesh is welcomed, but there’s now much more on offer to see you through the working week! Did we mention they also have Brisbane’s best outdoor screen for sporting events?

See you at The Normanby.
